Problem: Corsair K50 keyboard problem

I will start off now by saying I am not experienced in gaming keyboards and I don't really know what I'm talking about but help would be greatly appreciated.

The power in my house went off while I was sleeping (May be unrelated but covering everything.) The power failure was not due to the keyboard in anyway but it may have caused some damage. I woke up this morning and attempted to use my Corsair K50 keyboard, I had no issues logging in or typing but there seems to be a fault with many settings on the keyboard. I cannot use the macro keys, the windows key disabler or the backlight settings. The num lock, caps lock and scroll lock lights are all flashing. When I googled this it said it may be in bios mode and I have tried many different ways of fixing this problem including uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, updating the firmware, swapping the USB ports and so on. None of this has helped me in any way and I am hoping someone here can provide me with a solution. Thanks in advance!
